Absolutely cracking with access, good customer service top notch.
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice and spacious, with the bed very comfortable.
Possibly better understranding of how to use the gym and sauna etc, as a little confusing.

The breakfast was good, and the staff in the restaurant were helpful. The second room we stayed in was much better than the first, much more room with a settee. The position for Eurostar, and Brussels midi is excellent

The room was comfortable and the shower was accessible as we had asked. The man on check-in was friendly and efficient, as was the waiter in the bar.
As the main reason for booking this hotel for a night's stopover between trains was that there is a door from the station into the hotel, avoiding the dodgy outside area, it was a shame that this door was blocked off and we had to walk all the way around to the outside door in the rain. The bar area is very small and the drinks very expensive. The lighting was very dark and it was hard to see in the mirror. There was no dressing table in the bedroom. We left early in the morning and yet the housekeeping staff were already shouting up and down the corridor, making a noise.
